Check the shelf’s height and depth, then leave space beside the model if you want to open it. Keep the front view clear and lift the finished room by its base.

• Test the lights before building. Connect the lighting as shown in the guide and check the touch control before fitting it into the scene. Switch off before adjusting connections, then test again before enclosing the wiring.
• Keep the numbered boards beside you. Release only the pieces needed for the current step. Put loose parts in a labelled tray and keep the board frames until the build is finished so numbers remain easy to trace.
• Check the side panel before fixing its inner shelves. Trial-fit its direction and movement against the guide. Keep decorative pieces and wiring away from the closing edges, then add the shelf objects at their specified steps.
• Keep the book-stand sections in order. Match each narrow curved piece to its diagram rather than assuming similar sections are interchangeable. Support close to the joint as you assemble the stand, then add the open book when it is stable.
• Place the bottles after their shelf is secure. Use a fine grip near each miniature’s base to position it. If the guide calls for adhesive, apply a small amount at the contact point and let it set before joining the next wall or level.
