2.How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered via standard shipping, If you want it urgently and prefer fast shipping, please contact us and pay for the extra shipping fee.For details, you can contact us at service@craftoyx.com.

3. Delivery Time
- For customers in USA, Canada, Australia, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
- For customers in United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 8 to 20 business days.
- For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
- For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
Note: During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

4. How can i track my order?
Normally, the processing time is 1-3 business days after your payment. Please note, this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

5. What should I do if the delivery is delayed/What if my package is lost?
Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time, but if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we are also deeply sorry, we can do the following:

6. About cancel your order
You can cancel your order, we accept order cancellations before product processing. But If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understand!
