All products are visually inspected before they are packaged and shipped out.
No matter the reason, you can put forward a return request within 30 days of receiving the order. Except for defective items, you should return the products to us in their original condition, including any original product packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Consignee request pick up the parcel by himself/herself, but did not done it in time.
How To Return the Parcel to us?
If you need to return the products back to us, please contact us first. our email is service@craftoyx.com
If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in processing by us, we will either send a prepaid shipping label, or issue a refund to cover reasonable costs of shipping back to us once the costs are incurred. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items.
It takes about a month to receive the parcel returned oversea. Our team will refund you after we check the parcel within 2 working days and contact you via email. (service@craftoyx.com)
