The finished room measures 7.09 × 4.33 × 9.06 in (L × W × H). An open shelf lets you see the ornate front and tall side window together; keep access to the lighting control.

• Test the lights before building. Connect the lighting as shown in the guide and check the touch control before fitting it into the scene. Switch off before adjusting connections, then test again before enclosing the wiring.
• Keep the numbered boards beside you. Release only the pieces needed for the current step. Put loose parts in a labelled tray and keep the board frames until the build is finished so numbers remain easy to trace.
• Protect the fine ornamental trim. Support narrow scrolls and arch pieces near their connection points when releasing them from the board. If a connection catches, free it carefully rather than bending the whole piece.
• Check the platform before fitting the illuminated ornament. Dry-fit its supports and stair connection in the orientation shown in the guide. Keep wiring clear of the joints and check the light position before securing the surrounding structure.
• Prepare each small display separately. Match bottles, shelf pieces and table ornaments to the guide in small groups. Use adhesive sparingly where directed and let each group set before positioning it behind the stairs or beside the arched panel.
