Book Nook - Haunted Mansion

The finished mansion measures 7.09 × 4.33 × 9.06 in (L × W × H). Place it where both levels can be seen from the front, with access to the lighting control.

• Test the lights before building. Connect the lighting as shown in the guide and check the touch control before fitting it into the scene. Switch off before adjusting connections, then test again before enclosing the wiring.
• Keep the numbered boards beside you. Release only the pieces needed for the current step. Put loose parts in a labelled tray and keep the board frames until the build is finished so numbers remain easy to trace.
• Handle the web and pointed trim gently. Check how each fine part attaches to its board or backing. Free the intended connections carefully and support narrow sections nearby rather than pulling across the whole decoration.
• Test the window and fireplace lighting before enclosing it. Check the light positions and any printed layers against the guide while access is clear. Switch off before repositioning wires, and keep them out of the floor and wall joints.
• Add the small objects after the furniture is stable. Dry-fit the bookcase, chest and hearth before attaching nearby decorations. Use tweezers where helpful, and allow glued furniture joints to set before placing skulls, books and other small pieces.
