• Test the lights before building. Connect the lighting as shown in the guide and check the touch control before fitting it into the scene. Switch off before adjusting connections, then test again before enclosing the wiring.
• Keep the numbered boards beside you. Release only the pieces needed for the current step. Put loose parts in a labelled tray and keep the board frames until the build is finished so numbers remain easy to trace.
• Match printed panels before joining the walls. Check the window graphics and wall faces against the guide before fitting them. Hold printed pieces by their edges and dry-fit the front, floor and side walls to confirm their orientation.
• Furnish the workstation while access is open. Read ahead before attaching the front and roof. Prepare the bottles and grooming details in small labelled groups, then place them with tweezers where helpful before surrounding panels limit access.
• Protect the street furniture as you finish. Fit the postbox, lamp, barber pole and bench in the guide’s order. Support narrow attachment points and hold the model by its base when turning it, rather than by these projecting details.
