• Trial-fit the ringed globe before enclosing it. Check the ring sequence and facing direction against the diagram. Support narrow sections close to their joints, and stop to recheck the part if a connection feels too tight.
• Prepare one scroll as a size check. Confirm which printed side faces out, then form the paper gently. Try it in its intended holder before fixing the roll or making the next one.
• Check the tall backdrop with its supports. Trial-position the clock-and-gear assembly against the adjoining frame. Confirm that its tabs and support points line up before securing it, keeping fingers away from the fine decorative edges.
