Place the finished scene at a comfortable viewing height so the dancers and window remain visible. Fit the included acrylic dust cover after testing the mechanism, and keep nearby objects clear of the front.

• Test the lights, music and motor before building. Connect the components as shown in the guide and check each function before enclosing the wiring. Disconnect power before adjusting connections or fitting parts around the mechanism.
• Release the pieces one stage at a time. Keep the numbered board frames beside you. Use small labelled trays for loose ornaments and figure parts, rather than removing every piece at once.
• Check the dancers’ clearance before fixing nearby décor. Dry-position the figures and surrounding railings according to the guide. Test a complete rotation while the assembly is accessible, stopping if a figure brushes any part of the scene.
• Handle the chandelier close to its joints. Support the fine arms from behind while releasing them from the board. Assemble the small drops on a protected surface and avoid pressing through the chandelier when fitting the ceiling.
• Check the staircase and roof orientation early. Compare the printed faces, tabs and cable openings with the guide before gluing. Trial-fit the adjoining walls so the upper structure sits squarely above the moving scene.
